NEWS FROM YOUR FIRE CHIEF, ZAC REYNOLDS  Our 21 Firefighters of whom 7 are also Emergency Medical Responders had a busy year.  We responded to 127 calls; 86 medical, 50 fire including 5 structure fires , 1 Public Assists and 15 Other.    Because of your additional donations , we were able to buy some firefighter gear – jackets, pants, boots, helmets, etc. for our front line firefighters.  We also purchased a pump motor, hose and nozzle which have been installed on our Fire/Rescue boat to assist with fires on land and water (i.e. boat fires).    Anyone over the age of 18 that may be interested in becoming a Volunteer Firefighter or an Emergency Medical Responder can contact me on my cell at 918-861-7530.   Thank you for your support of our Firefighters and Nationally Certified Medical Responders.  They all work hard to keep our community a good place to be.
